We are pleased to announce a new remap for the F10 BMW 535d. We can now remap your 535d through the OBD port safely with hidden tuning that allows us to include a CVN fix for warranty claims. If you are interested in remapping your 535d to over 500 lb-ft of torque, get in touch with us today in Manchester for a free quote.
The F10 535d is powered by BMW’s N57D30T1 engine, a 3.0-litre twin-turbo straight-six developing 313bhp and 465 lb-ft of torque from the factory. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The N57D30T1 engine has been in use since 2011, and it’s BMW’s most powerful diesel engine currently available.
Looking for even more power? Our Hyperchips remap will take your F10 535d close to 400bhp and over 500 lb-ft of torque. A minimum 20 per cent power and torque increase can be expected. That power and torque increase transforms the 535d into a seriously rapid and capable car, with more torque than the new BMW M5.

The F10 BMW 535d is the ultimate 5 series for motorway mile crunching. This muscular saloon (or estate, if you like) offers effortless pace and first-class refinement. It’ll also return over 45mpg combined on a motorway run. No petrol on the market can match the performance to economy ratio. If we had one criticism of the F10 535d, it would be that it feels like a heavy car in the corners.
Of course, the 5 series is all about touring and to that end it excels. The 3.0-litre twin-turbo engine produces 308bhp and 465 lb-ft of torque. Its 30-70 and 50-70mph times are stonkingly quick for such a big, luxurious car, and it’s in the mid-range where the F10 535d is at its best. The 535d is also available with xDrive.
Remapping the BMW F10 535d improves engine response and alters the boost so it peaks lower down in the rev range. This transforms the car, giving you greater flexibility across the rev range so you don’t have to change gear as frequently. The top-end is also improved considerably, with better acceleration in gear six, seven and eight.
